1-Vegan.- Where you eliminate all kinds of products of animal origin.
2-Vegetarian.-Where you eat fruits, vegetables, legumes and grains and occasionally include animal products, it is less strict than vegan.
3-Omnivore.- Meats of all kinds, vegetables of all colors and flavors, dairy products but in a balanced way, always taking into account the necessary and rational intake.
