These are prehistoric plants' list that live today, even older than dinosaurs, let's dive in!

1- Araucaria araucana.- This conifers tree or plant endemic of Australia and South of Argentina and Chile, is a slow growing plant and can reach 70 meters high and they have lived on earth about 252 million years. This plant regularly are divided by male and female gender and they produce seeds, similar to pines.

(Araucaria araucana) called araucanian pine, patagonic pine or arm pine is a kind species part of conifer plants.

2- Ginkgo Biloba.- This tree is used on traditional east medicine (China, Japan) and can live 1500 years, additionally Ginkgo Biloba has lived on earth 270 million years. This tree survives in dark zones and few nutrients conditions, and is a disease resistant tree, fungus, bacteria and virus. Its organism has evolved to defend with different mechanism in its genes.

3-Welwitschia Mirabilis.- It's a Namibia desert native plant, and is considered one of the most rare plants on earth, has survived extreme climatic conditions due its genes fortress. With a thick log base this plant keep water where its lives grow to catch the desert dew. Scientists believe Welwitschia can live between 2000 and 3000 years, and also this plant has lived 86 million years on earth.

4- Cycads.- These living fossil plants have 350 million years rate on earth from Paleozoic era. Scientists know about 350 species in the world, and they can be found in tropical zones. Cycads don´t produce flowers but they can produce seeds. These plants are one of the oldest creatures on earth, its reproductive biology contain male and female plants also.

Jurassic period is known as Cycads era, due they dominated the vegetation in that time.
