How to cook fresh tuna ceviche

1- ½ kg of fresh tuna loin or (medallion chunks). You can buy it at your local fish shop. Cut meat tuna in little chunks and season it with two lemons juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in a medium bowl and let the chunks tanning for 20 minutes.

2- ½ Purple onion While tuna meat is getting tan, cut onion in fine slices, cut one fresh cucumber, two tomatoes and one mango (all in little chunks).

3- Add vegetables to meat tuna and mix them, add two lemon juice more.

4- Let the mix getting tan other five minutes, add any sauce or some little chunks of chilli.
