We know industrialized chocolate is mixed with sugar and others products not good to our health. Therefore we’d like to mention that dark chocolate is better, the more cocoa more healthy. Dark chocolate contains high level of cocoa and if you buy packaging chocolate, several brands don’t contain sugar.
