Cocoa tree is a malvaceae family's plant native of America in tropical regions. Historians believe cocoa word came out from dialects used aforetime in the maya and olmeca zone in south of Mexico. Today, countries like Ghana and Ivory Coast are the main growers of cocoa in the world.

 

Delicious chocolate, it comes out from a tropical plant called cocoa or cocoa tree, native of maya zone, in Campeche, Tabasco and Chiapas Mexico. Why do we like chocolate so much? We’d like to mention all benefits and reasons why chocolate make you happy.

1.- Chocolate prevents heart attack risk in 30%.

2.- Chocolate prevents blood clots in arteries and brain.

These are the benefits of cocoa and chocolate

3.- Decreases risk of diabetes in 31%.

4.- Chocolate contains antioxidants, and they are key to prevent fat plates in arteries.
